🤎 Once you complete the MBSR course with me, you become part of a quiet community that understands the value of silence and a single breath. I know how easily the "autopilot" of daily life can take over once the 8 weeks are done. That’s why I’ve created a space to help you maintain your practice and keep that inner spark of awareness alive—without pressure, and in your own rhythm.

Twice a year—in May and November—I invite you to a free 1:1 virtual gathering. It’s a short, powerful "refill" for your cup. We land, we breathe, and we share a friendly catch-up to set intentions for the months ahead.

🧘‍♀️ Seasonal Silent Retreats

Warsaw)

Many MBSR participants say that the Silent Day was at first scary, but then became one of the most powerful and transformative experiences they had during the course. I want to bring this silence back to you—because we know how silence can work its magic. These deeper, in-person immersions happen four times a year (July, October, December, and February). As my course alumni, you receive priority access to sign up before I open the invitations to the wider mindful tribe.

Mindful Coffee: A Personal Connection

🤎 Twice a year—in May and November—I invite you to a free 1:1 virtual gathering. This is a dedicated 30-minute window just for you and me. It’s a short, powerful "refill" for your cup where we can land, breathe, and have a friendly catch-up.

Whether you have maintained your practice or are looking for a fresh start, we will use this time to set meaningful intentions for the months ahead. When the time comes, I will send out a simple form with a few available dates—you just pick the one that works for you. It is my way of ensuring you never have to walk this path alone.

July: The Mid-Summer Stillness

🤎 Many MBSR participants say that the Silent Day was, at first, a little scary. The thought of a few hours without words, without phones, and without distractions can feel daunting. But then, something shifts. That initial resistance softens, and the silence becomes one of the most powerful and transformative experiences of the entire course.

I want to bring this silence back to you—because we know how silence can work its magic.

In our busy lives, we are constantly "outputting"—talking, planning, and reacting. These in-person Silent Days are your opportunity to simply "input" peace. They are a chance to return to that steady, quiet center you discovered during our 8 weeks together, away from the noise of the everyday world.

Our Seasonal Rhythm I have designed these deeper immersions to follow the natural rhythm of the year, happening four times a year:

I want these Silent Days to be exactly what you need. For our upcoming July gathering, I am considering two different energies. Which one speaks to you right now?

Option A: The Urban Retreat (Mokotów)

  • The Vibe: Townhouse in green Mokotów, familiar, and easy. A space many of you already know and trust.

  • The Location: Heart of Mokotów, just steps away from the Metro Pole Mokotowskie.

  • The Experience: A focused, deep dive into stillness without the big commute. We stay within the cozy walls of our studio. Lunch break to explore a local cafe on your own or use the studio kitchen.

  • Investment: Approx. 200-250 PLN (Self-catered/light snacks).

Option B: The Near the Forest Immersion (Młociny)

  • The Vibe: A studio in Młociny, a walking distance to nature: the Vistula River and Młociny forest. Grounding. 

  • The Location: A beautiful yoga studio space & cafe on the outskirts of Warsaw (Northern Warsaw).

  • The Experience: We combine our indoor practice with a mindful nature walk among the trees—letting the forest do the healing + a lunch in the studio cafe. 

  • Investment: Approx. 350 PLN (Includes a nourishing, mindful lunch).
