§ 1. General Provisions

1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") define the rules and conditions for using the online store and reserving services available on the website www.mindloveducation.com.

2. The Terms and Conditions govern the rules for concluding sales contracts for digital products (including e-books, audiobooks, meditations, packages, webinars, courses, etc.) as well as contracts for the reservation and provision of services (including individual 1:1 and group sessions, workshops, as well as in-person and online events).

3. Every Client is obliged to read the Terms and Conditions before placing an order or making a reservation. Commencing the use of the website and placing an order is equivalent to accepting these provisions.

§ 2. Seller's Details and Contact

The entity providing the services and selling the digital products is:

§ 3. Subject of the Order and Types of Services

Sales and reservations cover two main categories of products and services:

  • Digital Products: Content delivered in digital format (MP3 audio files, PDF files, workbooks, online programs) that is not recorded on a tangible medium.

  • Events and Services (Events / Sessions): Services provided in-person or online on a specific date, including individual 1:1 and group sessions, as well as specialised workshops.

§ 4. Conclusion of Contract and Payments

1. Prices for all products and services listed on the website are gross prices (inclusive of VAT) and are expressed in Polish Zloty (PLN) or another selected currency (e.g., EUR/USD) depending on the website settings.

2. An order is considered placed after properly filling out the order form, accepting the Terms and Conditions, and making the payment via the integrated payment system on the website.

3. The sales contract or service reservation contract is concluded upon the funds being credited to the Seller's bank account or upon receiving confirmation from the payment operator.

§ 5. Delivery of Digital Products

1. Digital products are delivered to the Client electronically, most commonly in the form of an email containing a direct download link (e.g., a link to a secured Google Drive folder) or a unique access code.

2. Delivery occurs automatically and immediately after the payment is credited, no later than 24 hours from the conclusion of the contract.

§ 6. Performance of 1:1 Sessions and Events

1. Individual 1:1 Sessions: Dates for sessions are arranged individually via the reservation calendar or by email. The Client has the right to reschedule a session free of charge no later than 24 hours before the scheduled meeting. In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or failure to show up for the session, the service is deemed rendered.

2. Group Events: Due to the limited number of places for in-person events and the necessity of reserving venue space in advance, place reservations are personal (assigned to a specific name). The detailed rules for cancelling participation are specified in the table in § 7.

§ 7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta) the rules for withdrawing from a contract vary depending on the nature of the purchased product or service:

Digital Products (meditations, workbooks, audio and PDF files) - NO RIGHT of withdrawal: Due to the nature of digital content, once the online product has been downloaded or accessed, a refund is not possible.

Individual 1:1 Sessions - Allowed up to 14 days: The Client may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, provided that the session has not yet taken place. If the session has been performed at the express request of the Client before the expiry of the 14-day period, the right of withdrawal expires upon the full performance of the service.

Events, Workshops, Group Activities, Retreats - NO RIGHT of withdrawal: Pursuant to Article 38, item 12 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to services related to entertainment, catering, social, sporting, or cultural events if the contract specifies the day or period of the performance of the service.

Important: When purchasing a digital product (e.g., an online meditation), the Client ticks a checkbox during the checkout process: "I have read and accept the terms and conditions. I consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that I lose my right to withdraw from the contract."

§ 8. Complaint Procedure

1. The Client has the right to file a complaint if the purchased digital product has technical defects (e.g., the file is corrupted, the link does not work) or if the service (session/workshop) was not performed or was performed inconsistently with the description and contract.

2. Complaints must be submitted electronically to the email address: mindloveducation@gmail.com.

3. A properly submitted complaint should contain:

  • The Client's first and last name, and the email address associated with the order,

  • The name of the product or service the complaint concerns,

  • A description of the defect or objections, along with the date of their occurrence,

  • The Client's demand (e.g., fixing the file, re-sending, price reduction, refund).

4. Timeframe for handling complaints: The Seller undertakes to review the complaint and inform the Client of the decision within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt. The response will be sent to the email address specified by the Client.

§ 9. Personal Data Protection and Cookies

The rules for processing Clients' personal data and the use of cookies are defined in the Privacy Policy available on the website www.mindloveducation.com.

§ 10. Final Provisions

1. For matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons (e.g., changes in the law, changes in payment or delivery methods). The new terms and conditions shall enter into force on the date of their publication, provided that orders placed before the amendment shall be governed by the version in force at the time of purchase.

3. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on May 25, 2026.
