Meet your Guide

I’m Magda. As a certified MBSR teacher and a mother to a bilingual son, I live in the same 'rush' you do. I know that as mums, we don't necessarily have 60 minutes to sit on a meditation cushion.

My approach combines the Gold Standard of Mindfulness courses, the effective relaxation techniques and my passion for neuroscience with the practical reality of parenting. I create these tools for the woman who has 5 minutes between meetings, the mum navigating the 'witching hour,' and the parent who wants to raise their child with more connection and less reactivity

I’m not here to give you more to-do’s. I’m here to give you your breath back.
