60-minute Taster Session

A practical and experience-based introduction to mindfulness and stress reduction at work. During this session, participants learn simple breathwork and relaxation techniques that quickly shift the nervous system from tension to calm. A short theory segment explains how stress affects the body, followed by a guided relaxation practice that allows everyone to reset and recharge. Participants leave with tools they can immediately use during the workday to improve focus, energy, and wellbeing.

Workshops

Corporate CALM Workshops are in-depth, interactive sessions designed to help teams understand stress, learn practical tools to manage it, and integrate calm into daily work. Each workshop combines short theory (how the nervous system responds to stress), hands-on practice (breathwork, grounding techniques, micro-pauses), and reflection. Participants leave not only relaxed, but equipped with strategies they can use immediately in high-pressure moments — in meetings, between tasks, or at home.

Wellbeing Programme 

The Corporate CALM Wellbeing Program is a consistent, long-term support model for teams who want to build sustainable habits around stress reduction, focus and emotional balance. Through weekly or bi-weekly sessions (30–60 minutes each), participants learn simple mindfulness and breathwork tools that they can apply immediately in everyday work situations.Each session introduces one practical technique — followed by guided practice — so the team can gradually build confidence and routine. The structure allows employees to experience, repeat, and integrate calm, rather than just learn about it once.

Recommended duration: 6–12 weeks

Format: onsite, online, or hybrid

  • Location: Based in Warsaw and the Mazowieckie region, with the option to travel anywhere in Poland for onsite workshops.

  • Format: Choose from single workshops, half-day retreats, or ongoing programs, tailored to your team’s schedule.

  • Onsite & Hybrid option: Interactive workshops offered onsite or in a hybrid format to include both in-person and online teams.
