At Mind Love Education, I am dedicated to nurturing mindfulness, relaxation, and personal growth. My mission is to empower women and mothers through workshops, retreats, and skill development programs, fostering a community of tranquility and empowerment.

I also run Corporate Calm, a well-being program designed for busy professionals seeking balance in the workplace. Through mindfulness, breathwork, and relaxation workshops, I help teams reduce stress, enhance focus, and cultivate resilience. By integrating practical techniques into the workday, Corporate Calm supports a healthier, more productive, and engaged workforce.
