Mindful You Program
1:1 Sessions

Sometimes group workshops are not enough, and what we truly need is a space just for ourselves. Mindful You sessions are designed to give you exactly that — a safe, supportive, and personalized time to pause, reflect, and recharge.

In these one-to-one meetings, we focus on your unique challenges, goals, and wellbeing journey. Whether you want to reduce stress, build resilience, or simply reconnect with yourself, each session is tailored to meet you where you are.

This is your time to breathe, reset, and strengthen your inner resources.

1:1 Sessions Overview

More detailed information:

  • Each session is personalised and designed to meet you exactly where you are.

  • The number of sessions is agreed between us - sometimes you need one or two sessions to start working on your stress levels, sometimes we agree on the number of sessions.

  • Each session: ~60 minutes

  • At the session you receive tools & practices you can use between sessions 

  • Email / message check-in between sessions (optional)

  • I run sessions online and offline (studio in Centre or Saska Kępa) in Polish and English.

My 1:1 online mindfulness and relaxation sessions are designed to help you release stress, regain focus, and cultivate a sense of calm in your daily life. Whether you need a short reset or deep relaxation, these sessions provide personalized guidance to support your well-being anytime, anywhere.

Offline

Find inner peace and emotional balance in the cozy setting of studio in Centre or Saska Kępa. My 1:1 in-person mindfulness and relaxation sessions provide a personalized approach to stress relief, guiding you through calming techniques that restore harmony and clarity. Step into a space designed for calm and well-being, where you can truly unwind and restore your energy.
