My wellbeing sessions offer a gentle space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Through mindfulness, calming breathwork, and guided relaxation, we support the nervous system, release stress, and cultivate greater clarity and balance.

I organise sessions twice a month in Warsaw.

No experience needed—just a willingness to pause and take care of yourself.

Forest Retreats

I won’t be hosting any forest retreats until mid 2026 due to other work & academic commitments.

Mums & Kids (4-8) Retreats

I also co-organise Mums & Kids retreats with my yogi soul Olga. This has been my dream since having my son and in 2023 I started to make it my reality.

Our retreats are a unique opportunity for mums to relax, recharge, and bond with their little ones in a peaceful natural setting. With a blend of mindfulness, yoga, creative activities, and outdoor adventures, our retreats create space for both moms and children to connect—individually and together. While kids enjoy engaging, English-friendly workshops led by amazing educators, mothers can take a well-deserved break (Mums on Mats!), practicing self-care and rediscovering their inner calm. It’s a perfect mix of quality time, relaxation, and community, designed to leave both mums and kids feeling refreshed and inspired. All in the most beautiful settings in Poland!
