My Mindfulness & Breathwork workshop helps your team slow down, recharge, and cultivate calm, even during the busiest workdays. Through evidence-based practices, participants gain tools to stay focused, energized, and resilient.

Workshop Structure (3 hours) – Suggested Program

Welcome & Setting Intentions

Brief introduction and reflection on participants’ needs, helping set a meaningful focus for the session.

Introduction & Foundations 

Interactive presentation on:

  • Understanding stress and the body’s response.

  • What mindfulness is (and isn’t) in the workplace.

  • The power of breath — how breathing patterns affect focus, clarity, and calm.

Tools in Practice

Hands-on session with practical techniques, including:

  • The Healthy Breathing Checklist.

  • Guided breathing and mindfulness practices for:
    Rest (calm), Reset (balance), Refocus (energy), and Release (tension).

  • Body Scan – a foundational relaxation and awareness practice.

Integration & Reflection

Group sharing, insights, and strategies for bringing mindfulness and breathwork into everyday routines.
Closing practice to anchor the experience and restore balance.
