The Corporate Calm: Deep Relaxation workshop gives your team a much-needed restorative pause, helping release both physical and mental tension, restore energy, and support overall health. Through guided relaxations — including science-backed Jacobson techniques, Autogenic Training, breathwork, and short Koshi bell bathing — participants activate the Relaxation Response, the body’s natural mechanism for counteracting stress.
